We exist so "no experience" stops being the reason you don't get hired.
ISOP (Internet School of Professionals) is the home of PDE — Professional Development Essential — a mentor-led training system built specifically for fresh IT graduates chasing their first Helpdesk Support role.
Milan
"Never beg for a job. Claim to be the best candidate."
"After 15+ years in IT, I kept seeing the same pattern: capable, skilled fresh graduates getting filtered out of Helpdesk roles for one reason — "no experience."
The truth is, most of them weren't lacking ability. What held them back was simpler: a CV that didn't tell their story right, and interview skills never tested against how hiring actually works.
I know this gap personally — I lived it too. I sat through 100+ real job interviews, learning first-hand what separates a rejection from an offer. That experience helped me land multiple IT roles, and it showed me exactly what graduates need to break into the industry — and it's rarely more theory.
So I built PDE to close that gap: hands-on training, honest CV coaching, and mock interviews run the way real hiring actually works.
Today, PDE+Helpdesk and PDE+Helpdesk (Internship) train graduates across Australia — giving them what I wish I'd had starting out: someone who's actually been through it."
